Introduction
Society for Integrated Allied Nepal (SIAN) is a national NGO, established in 2004 with the objectives of promoting rights to inclusive development, democracy, and human resource development through addressing the issues of health, education, and access to the opportunity of the local community. It is an autonomous non-political and non-profit making organization run by the representative of civil society and development professionals who are actively working in the field of rural development, health, education, human rights, inclusive democracy, child rights, livelihood, gender, and environmental issues. SIAN is a national NGO that currently has 21 trustee members. SIAN is always keen to work collaboratively with INGOs/NGOs/GOs/private sector and community-based organizations (CBOs) for achieving better results in the movement of human and economic rights protection, inclusive rural development, empowerment of underprivileged and vulnerable groups. SIAN has been combined by nine board members. The board is the apex body of the NGO that is responsible for the communication and coordination between all members, partners, INGOs, NGOs, and Stakeholders.

Mission
Empowering the marginalized, vulnerable, and underprivileged groups of society through engaging in inclusive development intervention to increase the fullness of life of the poor and marginalized community of Nepal.

Improve the quality of life of the vulnerable and marginalized people, increase employment opportunities, ensure environmental protection and establish an inclusive society.
Objective
- Increase partnership with federal, provincial, and local level Governments.
- Advocate, train, and provide skills to the targeted vulnerable and marginalized community people on livelihood alternatives for a quality life.
- To increase access/participation of Muslim, Madhesi, disabled, women, elderly people, children, and marginalized communities in the national services, opportunities, resources, policy & decision-making process.
- Raising awareness on health, sanitation, safer motherhood, DRR/CCA, environmental aspects, child rights, women empowerment & human trafficking, education, animal welfare, and good governance.
