Prompting rights to inclusive development
Society for Integrated Allied Nepal (SIAN) is a national NGO, established in 2004 with the objectives of prompting rights to inclusive development, democracy, human resource development through addressing the issues of health, education, and access to opportunity of local community. It is an autonomous non-political and non-profit making organization run by the representative of civil society and development professionals who are actively working in the field of rural development, health, education, human rights, inclusive democracy, child rights, livelihood, gender and environmental issues.
SIAN as a national NGO which currently has 21 trustee members. SIAN is always keen to work collaboratively with INGOs/NGOs/GOs/private sector and community-based organization (CBOs) for achieving better results on the movement of human and economic rights protection, inclusive rural development, empowerment of underprivileged and vulnerable groups. SIAN has combined by nine board members. The board is the apex body of the NGO that is responsible for the communication and coordination between all members, partners, INGOs, NGOs and Stakeholders.
